I use to keep as 'reserve" of snack food in my house, just in case. Problem was that "just in case" started to be all the time...<br />

These foods are full of refined carbs and sugar- in essence empty calories. They raise the blood sugar levels and stop the body from burning fat. In fact the opposite occurs.<br />

So go throw all that junk food out right now!<br />

2. Late night snacking - Speaking of snacks... it is so easy to grab something yummy to much on just before bed. Problem is that while you are asleep your body is still processing that food that you just snacked on. Late at night the body does just one thing with food, and that is to turn it into fat.<br />

So you can see that my main focus here has been on food and eating at home.<br />

If you haven't already, it's time to get off that couch and get active. Running, swimming, aerobics. Even Yoga. All great exercises that increase your metabolism and get that fat burning. Keep it interesting and varied. You stay interested and your body won't get used to the exercises.<br />

Belly fat is quite normal for everyone. it protects your organs. It's a tough place to lose it, but it can be done.</p>
